WARRANTY RETURNS

As a courtesy to our customers, Rocky Mountain FR Clothing Outlet, LLC (RMFR) will function as a liaison between the customer and manufacturer for defective items. Generally, our vendors offer warranty returns within a year of purchase. An exchange will be granted ONLY after approval from the manufacturer and ONLY for the same item. No cash refunds will be allowed. Shipping, if not covered by the manufacturer, will be charged to the customer.

Required for warranty return:

• Description of the defect in the aforementioned email.
• Picture(s) of the item showing the defect.
• Date of purchase.
• Return of the defective item at the customer's expense.

The above policy applies to return/exchanges of four (4) items or less. Returns or exchanges of more than four (4) items require approval on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
