  • Free shipping to lower 48 states when the total sum of order (without tax) is above $200.00.


  • Orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Expedited ships next business day or before.
  • Tracking number(s) will be emailed once the order ships.


Need to return or exchange an item? 

  • Send us an email at [email protected].
  • Include your order number.
  • List the items you need to exchange/return.
  • Describe the reason for the exchange/return.


  • Item is unworn or hasn’t been washed.
  • Item has original tags still attached.
  • Item was purchased within the past 30 days.


As a courtesy to our customers, Rocky Mountain FR Clothing Outlet, LLC (RMFR) will act as a liason between the customer and manufacturer for defective items.  Generally, our vendors offer warranty returns within a year of purchase.  An exchange will be granted ONLY after approval from the manufacturer and ONLY for the same item.  No cash refunds will be allowed.  Shipping, if not covered by the manufacturer, will be charged to the customer.

Required for return:

  • Description of the defect in the aforementioned email.
  • Picture(s) of the item showing the defect.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Return of the defective item at customers expense.  


The above offers only apply to returns and exchanges of (4) items or less. Any returns or exchanges of more than (4) items will need approval on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed.
